Freedom Kids Pre-Checkin

This form will allow your in-person checkin to go quickly and smoothly because you will already be in the system. You can go up to any kiosk, enter you name or phone number to pull up your family and check-in your kids for class. Simple and easy.  We look forward to meeting you and your family.

Please be sure to enter all household members so they can be available for checkin.
